A partir de esa cláusula, la relación temporal se interpreta desde el evento mencionado hasta el momento de referencia. Esta construcción es frecuente cuando el inicio depende de otra acción verbal.

Uso formalFormal usage

Desde no cambia de forma y no tiene género ni plural, porque funciona como preposición invariable. Tampoco se contrae con artículos, ya que mantiene su forma plena delante del sustantivo. En registros muy formales, con verbos de movimiento puede preferirse de en lugar de desde, especialmente cuando se describe el punto de salida.
