Qué expresa

Aún expresa continuidad. Indica que una situación sigue igual o que una acción no ha pasado hasta este momento. En muchos contextos, su significado es muy parecido a todavía.

Still expresses continuity. It indicates that a situation remains the same or that an action has not occurred up to this moment. In many contexts, its meaning is very similar to still.

Continuidad

Con aún, el hablante señala que algo continúa en el presente o en el momento del que habla. La idea central es que no hay cambio. También puede aparecer con verbos en pasado cuando la continuidad se mira desde ese momento.

With 'aún', the speaker indicates that something continues in the present or at the moment of speaking. The central idea is that there is no change. It can also appear with past-tense verbs when continuity is viewed from that moment.
