Qué expresa

Con se

Una forma muy frecuente de voz impersonal usa se con un verbo en tercera persona singular. Esta estructura sirve para expresar acciones generales cuando la persona que actúa no importa, no se conoce o no se quiere mencionar. Es habitual en avisos, normas, explicaciones y lenguaje formal.

Pasiva refleja

La pasiva refleja también usa se, pero el centro de la oración es un elemento que recibe la acción. En la voz impersonal, en cambio, no hay un sujeto claro y el verbo suele ir en singular. En algunos contextos, la diferencia es nítida; en otros, hay zonas de contacto y no siempre todos los hablantes analizan la oración del mismo modo.
