Go Loco provides AI-generated language learning content, voice chat, practice exercises, and textbooks. All user interactions and generated content are managed according to this Privacy Policy.

- AI-Generated Content: Content created by the Go Loco AI based on user prompts. All AI-generated content is public by default. Voice chat is currently private but may change in the future.
- Prompts: Text submitted by users to generate AI content. Prompts are stored and linked to the resulting content; users do not retain ownership of prompts themselves.
How We Collect Information
We collect information in several ways to provide, operate, and improve Go Loco.
First, we collect information directly from you when you sign up, subscribe, submit prompts, or interact with the Service. This includes account information, newsletter preferences, and prompts for AI-generated content.
We also collect information automatically through technology. This includes tracking your course progress, exercises, and mistakes, as well as device and session data gathered through analytics tools.
Finally, we may receive information from third-party providers. When you log in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive profile information that you permit. Payment processing is conducted through Stripe, which provides necessary transaction details.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or lease your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers performing essential functions on our behalf, including Firebase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Analytics for usage monitoring. All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or to respond to legal processes.
AI Content and Public Access
All AI-generated content, including outputs derived from user prompts, is public by default. Prompts are stored and linked to the resulting content, and users do not retain ownership of prompts themselves. Voice chat is currently private but may change in the future as new features are introduced.
Restrictions on Bots and Automated Access
Automated access to Go Loco is strictly regulated. Search engine bots are permitted to index public content. Any other automated access, including scraping for AI training, competitive analysis, or commercial purposes, is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access.
International Data Transfers and Server Locations
All user data is stored on servers located in the United States. For users outside the US, this constitutes a cross-border transfer. We implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses for European Union users, and obtain necessary consent where required under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Users in other regions retain their statutory privacy rights, and all data transfers are managed in compliance with applicable local laws.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

- First-party cookies from Google Analytics collect standard usage and performance metrics.

Payment data is retained according to Stripe’s policies and legal obligations.
For inactive users, deleted accounts, or expired subscriptions, we maintain data for a reasonable period to support account recovery, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
