The queue of what to study next, the goals that bend it, and how to skip what you already know.
Your plan is what you have chosen to study, what you have skipped, and what comes next, and each course carries its own. Find it on the Progress page for a course.
Building it
A plan starts with two questions.
Why are you learning
Pick from the goals on offer. Scenario content is tagged with those same goals, so picking travel puts the airport ahead of the job interview.
Where should we start you
Give your honest level. This is what the app goes by until it has enough evidence to measure one, and then the measurement takes over.
What the queue is made of
Nothing stores an ordered list of what to study, because the order falls out of the shape of the course and your plan bends it.
How the order falls out
The course is walked from its topic roots, shuffled by a seed that is the course itself, so the order is stable and identical on every device. Modules you skipped drop out, your level keeps what remains at your level and one step either side so you are never handed work far above or far below you, and anything you have finished falls to the end.
Where pins sit
Modules you pinned lead what is left. Pinning is applied after your level band, so a pin cannot drag in work at the wrong difficulty, and it is applied only across what is still pending, so finishing a pinned module lets it fall away rather than stranding it at the top of the queue forever.
Scenarios
Scenarios are ordered separately: the ones tagged with a goal you picked lead, and the rest keep the shuffle.
Skipping what you already know
Skip Ahead at the bottom of the Progress page opens the whole course as a tree of checkboxes. Check a topic and every module under it is skipped, check individual modules for finer control, and a skipped module leaves your queue and stops counting against you. You can unskip anything at any time.
Changing it by talking
Loco writes to your plan as you talk: mention that you already know something and it is skipped, admit a gap and the module is queued. Nothing asks you to confirm first, because the plan page shows exactly what the plan holds and a change you did not want costs one press to undo. Ask what to do next and the answer comes from the same queue the plan page draws.
What else is on the Progress page
The page reads in a fixed order: how you are doing, your streak, why you are learning, a chart of how much you have practiced, and what modules you have done, closing on Skip Ahead. Each band collapses, so you can fold away the parts you are not reading.
