Which languages Go Loco teaches, which language you read the app in, and how to ask for a course that does not exist yet.
Two languages are in play whenever you study. The target language is the one you are learning, and the interface language is the one you already speak, which is what the app, the explanations and the translations are written in. A Spanish speaker learning English reads the entire app in Spanish.
The courses that exist

Go Loco teaches multiple languages, and you read the whole app in the language you already speak.

The interface is served in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese, and every one of them falls back to English where a translation is missing.
Any other language can be generated on request from the Other Languages page, and a generated course is treated the same as a built-in one.

Reading the app in your own language
Switch languages from the navigation bar.
The path carries the language, so /en/english and /es/english are the same English course read two different ways.
Asking for a language that is not listed
The Other Languages page holds every course a learner has generated from a prompt, and the form that starts a new one. Write what you want to learn and Go Loco writes the course, which takes a while, so you are sent to a waiting page while it runs. A generated course is treated the same as a built-in one: it sits in the catalog, it appears on that page for other learners, and everything in the app works on it. Course generation is capped at one per week on Free and is uncapped on Pro, and Generating Your Own Content covers what else you can ask for.
Studying more than one language at once
Each course carries its own plan, its own level estimate and its own gems. Loco is the exception, because one assistant spans every course you study and will tell you where two of your languages agree and where they part company.
